Due to the customized nature of interior design services, all sales are final once work has started.

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • If your order is cancelled within the first 24 hours
  • If the product (if any) is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • If services are not delivered and you have not received an update within the expected timeline

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Partially completed projects, unless discussed beforehand
  • Digital content already accessed
