Cancellation Terms

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided that no design work has commenced.
  • Cancellation requests must be sent by email to contact@sofisteri-ab.com with your order number.
  • If the project has already started, partial refunds or credits may be offered, depending on the amount of work completed.

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Completed design work
  • Delivered digital files (e.g., mood boards, 3D renders)
  • Customized visual or planning services

We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests that fall outside our terms.
